Could be an infection. Could be that it's just the way your body works. Whatever you do, don't douche. Douching when you're not supposed to can cause you to wipe out all the good bacteria in your vagina, and make you more prone to more bad infections, and the like.

It could be caused by a infection in the vagina and in the other organs in the pelvis called PID.Having a a smelly discharge isn't normal with proper hygiene. I would see my MD if this doesn't clear up by end of the week. Take care. SW RNP

You should just try to use wipes you get with pads. And see a doctor, bad smells can mean a bacterial infection

honestly, i had a friend who had the same problem. she went to a doctory and found out it was nothing more than a yeast infection, which is very common. this may not be the problem, but it sounds typical.
i would defn go see a doctor. also, avoid wearing nylon underwear or anything too restricting. cotton is the best!

You should talk to a female doctor. You may have an infection, your diet may not be right, any number of things.

It sounds like you may have an infection. You should most certainly consult your physician. Some infections can cause sterility and worse, cancer.

it could just be sweat. stick to light cotton panties that are not too restrictive and let you "breathe". maybe try scented panty-liners?
