Can a relationship work if the women is the boss?
most of you will answer there should be no boss, and it has to be 50-50, I already know that response so if that's your answer please don't answer.

Yes it can. I am the boss in my household and we do quite well. My husband prefers not to have the added stress of worrying about the bills, pets etc. Our Children are all grown, so we don't have that debate. But yes, it does work just fine. Believe it or not I am probably extending his life by being the one in charge. With less stress it lowers his risk for heart attack or stroke.

Whatever works between two people, works for those two people.

The question to ask: Is the person who is not the "boss" okay with the arrangement, or are they harboring hidden resentment?

Also to consider: Is the "boss" acting in a codependent manner? (i.e, doing for others what they can do for themselves) Eventually, the boss may become resentful if they do not feel appreciated for all their efforts.

Relationships are hardly ever 50-50. What is important to consider is that a functioning relationship be a cooperative friendship.

Couples that discover and develop their unique conflict resolution style generally tend to be successful and remain together.

If the guy is "boss" in a type and worrying way, some females could be o.k. with that. adult adult males have been made to be the dominant ones, and females their help metes. yet we are the two meant to love and guard our pals as God meant for romance to be. we ought to consistently no longer be controlling, nor ought to we talk right down to a minimum of one yet another. we ought to consistently take care of one yet another as we would choose for to be taken care of. If this is occurring, then i do no longer think of a woman could have a difficulty together with her guy handling issues around the homestead.
