One way is to choose the option to only allow songs on that u give a check, this should be an option on the main screen. Or u could just select all of ur songs by clicking and draging until they are all selected and then pres delete on the key board, then u just hook ur ipod back onto ur computer so it can update. All songs gon :)

Attatch your I-Pod to the PC using the USB port and open My Computer. It should register as external storage device "J" or "G" depending on what else you have installed. Right click and select "Explore" and delete your files.
However you can restore your I-Pod to default by going to I-Tunes and selecting "Restore" Hope that helps

^ For a less difficult way than that... Hook up your iPod to the pc and watch for the internet site to open up that provides the assessment of your iPod. there's a button that asserts "fix to production facility settings." click that, wait slightly, and your iPod would be like the day you bought it! Your library would be secure too.
