Hey~ to the best of my knowledge this has to be built into your phone, so you need to check in your manual, probably in the 'caller-id' portion. My land line phone has that feature and sometimes it is pretty funny. The mispronunciations are too much! Here is the important thing though....if your phone does have this feature, it is only going to be successful when 1) the caller is using the same provider as you or 2) Your provider has purchased the callers name from the callers provider. It is sometimes only a penny or two per name but when you multiply that by the number of phone number out there some of the smaller companies can just not afford it. It is a fun feature though! It depends on what type of cellphone and provider you have. I have an LG Chocolate with Verizon. All I'd have to do is record my voice as an MP3 file on my computer with Wavepad, attach it to an e-mail, and send it to my phone.(Verizon has a separate website where you can set up an e-mail account for your phone. All e-mails are sent to the phone as a text message) Once the message is received by my phone, I can save it as a ringtone.

If you have bluetooth on your phone and computer, you can probably do what I did, but connect the phone to your computer with the program Bitpim and transfer the MP3 into the ringtone folder on your phone.

record a voice note thru your phone and save it.
go to your saved sound files.
select the right one and enter it as a ringtone for the person you want.

(that worked for the Seimens phone from Tmobile)
