if u are talking about Sweet Captive the adult movie with Rhonda Jo Petty it came out in 1979 and is not on dvd or vhs if thats the one

if i am not mistaken, this was a made for tv movie which stared martin sheen as the abductor of a mentally handicapped girl when he tries to rob a bank. the movie ends with him releasing the girl and he dies. i don't remember if he is killed by the police or if he takes his own life. for a copy, tries the data base for the 3 networks, i think that it was abc.
