I have a HP Laptop with 2 USB1s. I bought a pcmcia slot device that gives me 2 USB2.0 ports. (question 1) does that disable my original USB1 ports? (question 2) It gives me 2 ports, how come my printer, or camera dont always work with it? I have to constantly unplug the power cords and restart my computer! (question 3) How can you tell the difference in the cable between a USB 1 vs. USB 2? (question 4) I added a USB2 4 port hub, yet when I attach the camera, printer, and cable internet, they dont all work at the same time. Both the slot device and hub are plugged in to a wall outlet. Why are these all so difficult to have working?
