Its gotta go to the shop. Had the same thing. They had to replace a flat wire.

ethier you don't have the right video card drivers or your running it in 24 bit color mode. right click on the desktop and click properties. click the settings tab, and change the color to 15 or 32 bit color. if that doesn't work then update your videocard drivers.
