which Carribean Islands have Sprint cell phone service?

I want to travel to a tropical island and need to have my Sprint cell phone service available due to business.........please help?

Only places that are part of the US. That would include St. Croix St. Thomas, St. John & Putero Rico. You can also get service in Tortola on one side of the island b/c it picks up the signal from St Thomas.
