try doing a lot of squats it will build muscle and make it firm!

You can't. Well,only if you put on a lot of weight,which who wants a cottage cheese butt? You can only lift and reshape,by doing exercises.

You need to see a fitness instructor, as they have exercises especially for people who desire to increase the size of the buttocks. However you have to maintain a regular exercise regime, so make sure you are up for the task. You could also go to your YWCA, as they have very good trainers there as well.

Well my mom always said sex is what did it, however in my case, I think it was just me getting older. I finally have a butt i can be proud of. I'm 26.

get on the treadmill and do the climbing part then do squats and lunges eat potatoes items high in starch
