There really is no military divorce. Your divorce will be handled in a civil court, not a military court.

It's a good idea to have a lawyer that is familiar with military benefits, but that is easily researched.

Find the best lawyer, period.

Going to your friends in the Military,ask for a referral,look
in phone directory ,go on line type in California Lawyers.
If you want you can do your own divorce,if it's non-contested.

at the nearest military installation, also look in the phone book, some lawyers will list military law as a facet of their services. also try militaryonesource.com
