i would like to know how can i get to delta in a fast way?any suggestions or techniques?

People at the Monroe Institute study this stuff. They make CD's that you can listen to that contain certain sound waves , usually buried in music. Check out your local bookstore.
I believe they're called Hemi-Sinc.

Usually you cant go to delta more faster bcuz you have too many things to think about or scared that you will 4get them the next morning. So write them in a piece of paper or whatever that you are comfy with and place it somwhere that youll be able to see it the next morning.
OR Don't put the heat on too high.. If you're cold, have clothes on or whatever to keep yourself warm.
Or take a cold water shower *i know.. thats like soo insane lmao* So.. If you take a cold shower the "morning" its gonna wake you up BUT if you take a cold shower at night, it's gonna make you sleepy. And when I say cold I do not mean cold cold cold... I mean cold like close to medium... Not too much bcuz u can get sick lol.. But anyway...
Turn off ALL lights. The more darker it is, the more easy you can sleep.
Never think of anything or do your homework or whatever on your bed.. Bed is for sleeping...
Don't watch TV, play on computer, play games.. Anything like those can stress you or anything.
If u can, turn off anything that can annoy you with the sound.
Thats all...
