Will you stop in life? Just stop and live? Don't worry about how much money you have or do not have. Enjoy life. Will you spend time with your children and animals? Will you just stop? Will you?

Hi Brian,
Sounds like you're bothered by how caught up most everyone seems to be in very unimportant, superficial, petty, insignifcant things. I totally agree with you. It occurs to me that the more "advanced" we become as a society, the more we lose touch with what is real. It would be unrealistic to think that we can totally ignore the need for money.....after all, we have to eat eventually! But I think you're right in seeing that the true joy of life is most easily found in children and animals.
I hope you'll share your love of life with as many people as possible. I try to do that through smiles. John Lennon did through his lyrics. How do you do it?

Stopping would not be wise at all. What I would recommend is PRIORITIZING. You can't just stop, bills need to be paid. But it's of the utmost importance to stop and smell the roses, go to your kids games, spend time with the ones you love. That should always be priority!! Don't just whiz through life that's not the way to go at all. And money certainly is not and should never be the most important.

Life isn't stop or go. It is flow. The popular phrase of the 1970s, "go with the flow", expresses this. Enjoying life, moment by moment, is largely a matter of aligning with the flow of life. It isn't a matter of "stop to smell the roses", because in life we never stop, we do, we move with life, as part of life.
