Don't take into account what other people think. I know the feeling can hurt, but the only thing to do is to prove to those people that they are WRONG. It's the only way you can gain [back] respect from them, or from anyone for that matter. Work 100x harder than ever before to show them that you are not a worthless and useless person, because no matter what people think, no human life is a lost cause. There is always a chance to turn your life around...show the world what you can be - yourself acting to your potential. Then nobody can give up on you ever again.

(and just remember, work hard for yourself too! That should be your main motive - to get YOUR life back in order because YOU are the one living it.)

If someone you love give up on, its the best time to reflect on your mistakes. Its always two person involved in a relationship. Nobody give up without a reason. So take it as a lesson, learn from it and be a better person.

You find someone else who you believe to the extent of your knowledge will not Give up, and if they give up on you as well, you must keep looking for someone whom you can rely on. Then again, maybe having someone support you is not your cup of tea and you just do not know it. A lot of people prefer soda to tea. The soda being you, maybe it is you giving up on your self. Or maybe your tea just needs a little sugar or milk. What ever you do, never stop adding to your cup of tea because if you give up on the little cup of herbs, then you are giving up on your self, and isn't that what you feared at first. I myself like my tea very sweet so I understand what it is like to be given up on but I finally found the perfect mixture of confidence, Trusting, and common sense to quench my thirst.

Don't ever give up on yourself!! Know that you are a child of this world, as important and special as anyone else. You can do whatever you aspire to do. Never let the opinions of others discount the faith you have in yourself.

To Whom It May Concern: You now only have yourself you have to learn in life not to burn to many of your bridges cause it will come back on you. But don't think that there is no one who cares there is always someone. Here at my house we are going through the same thing my brother-n-law is here and he is just always in and out of jail and doing drugs well we tryed to help but you can only help some one who wants to help them self. So try to work it out some of us do support you.

Pray. God hasn't given up on you ... not for one second! Pray that God bring people into your life that are good for you ... and that he heal your heart and give you strength to get through the difficult times of your life. If you do not have a personal relationship with God, please go to a local church and talk with a Pastor or representative. It will give you peace of mind .... and shed a whole new light on life. Good luck!

If you are asking what *I* do, then I would say I give them every chance in the world to come back. But- when they don't- I finally come to reason and let them go. There are so many people in the world and so many things to occupy my time. Why waste time and energy in someone who is not going to give in?

If someone gives up on you, you may have pushed them to far somehow, or they may be to busy in their own life to deal with you. As sad as it is, it does happen. I don't know the circumstances of the relationship but before you really blow him/her off for good. try and ask them why.

Humans are generally forgiving. Ask forgiveness and see what happens. If you did something fix it. If you need help..ask for it,. Usually when someone gives up on you it is because of a recurring problem. It is up to you.

When people give up on you than you need to show them that you can change. Just because they gave up on you does not mean you need to give up on them. Start making life changes and prove that they were wrong in giving up on you, and trust me when they see that you are doing whatever it is you need to be doing than not only will they re-accept you it will make you feel about about yourself and your life.
