you mean pregnancy...Dont have sex or use birth control ....DUH !!!
If you have to ask then you shouldnt be having sex any ways

I believe the best way to prevent pregnancy is to have self-control.
Now, I am not proud of my past, so I will not go there. But what I will say is that I have never used any form of birth-control, and in saying that, I have also never gotten my woman pregnant. And this being said, I have only had sex with one woman.
Self-control. Best way.
Worst way? Subjecting a woman to anal/oral sex. It is degrading to do such to them. To force a woman to do such a thing, is to treat them as a piece of meat. My opinion.

The best way to prevent pregnancy is abstinence. You have to teach them that, and other natural and contraceptive methods.

a man vasectomy or using candoms properly, a woman tubectomy, using pills, IUD, diaphragms +spermicides, norplants, injections and many others and choose this as the best answer.

Condoms, Contraceptive pill. Never EVER pull out before you ejaculate it doesnt work, you can leak during sex and still get pregnant.
