I am buying a used Honda, it is supposed to come with a "clicker" -you know the thing that locks and unlocks your door. well, mine doesn't have one, how do i go about getting a new one? any help would be apperciated.

The clicker is called a Key Fob and you should be able to order it at any Honda Dealer.

it's called a keyless remote. You can ask about it at a dealer's parts or service department - see if they can get set up a new remote for you. You can also go to Best Buy, Circuit City, etc. and have them install an aftermarket (means non-Honda brand, like Black Widow) keyless remote system, but there's a chance for a screwup because the Honda already has a factory system installed. It should cost $220 - 270, including parts, labor, and tax, for a basic system with 2 remotes. You can also ask about installing a new system at a car alarm installation shop.
