Well for starters daylight savings time didn't end yesterday it actually started. But as for figuring out what time it would be if daylight savings time hadn't started it depends on where you live and if where you live observes Daylight savings time. If the area you live in observes daylight savings time and you want to know what time it would be without daylight savings time just take the current time and go back an hour.

Actually daylight savings time STARTED at 2:01 a.m. this morning 3/11/2007 (at least in most sections of the U.S.).

An easy way to remember this is to
Spring Forward
Fall Back

In the spring, we move the clocks forward one hour when daylight savings time starts.
In the fall, we move the clocks backward one hour when daylight savings time ends.

So, right now it's 11:49 p.m. but without daylight savings time adjustment, it would be 10:49 p.m.

A safe answer would be, the time your body's clock feels like it is, as it takes a while (several days to several weeks or more) to reset one's body's clock. In the meantime, the offset in the body's clock causes a definite sense of disorientation and stress. So if you feel like it's an hour earlier than it is, that's the time it would be. If you feel like it's an hour later than it is, that's the time it would be.
Where are you writing from?
here in the USA, DST didn't end yesterday, it just started. If it hadn't, the time would be a hour earlier than it is.
If you're in another country DST may have just ended yesterday, and if it hadn't, the time would be an hour later than it is, assuming that you do DST over where you are the same way as we do it here.

Actually daylight savings time has STARTED, not ended. So wherever you live, subtract an hour and you have the normal time.
The time is it suppose to be.
