Nah, just get any old hose. It's not like it's a python or anything! Go, drink, it's fine!

That whole not safe for drinking thing is a legal liability that they have to put on it. In general since they are kept outside, they are far from clean, increasing the risk of ingesting bacteria and other things. I have never known this to stop me or anyone else from enjoying a nice drink from the hose. I'd go to any local hardware store and get your general green anti-kink hose. The flat ones are the best for not kinking, but the metal pieces on them tend to leak so be careful. If you have and ACE hardware anywhere near by they are the best to go to for your lawn and garden needs because they have the most extensive training.

The warning to not drink out of hoses is just a legal thing.
Hoses when sold mostley advertise themselves as kink free, but you will still get them. You just have to put up with them.

Go to a Camping World that sell products for Motor Homes and Recreational Vehicles.
They sell hoses that are white and specifically for drinking water and the black(I think) is for the non potable water.
Some Walmarts sell RV equipment, you could check there.
Camping stores are very cool.

You need a potable water hose, which is sold in camping trailer, RV and 5th wheel type mobile home places. They are usually white and made to connect drinking water to the trailer.
Such hoses do not "flavor" the water with a rubber taste, nor do they contaminate it with leeching chemicals into the water...Garden hoses are for the garden.

all garden hoses are going to say that. they are not made to drink out of, but seriously, if you are thirst, just pick up the hose , turn on the water and hold it out so you don't have to touch the end of the hose with your mouth.
manufactures are worried about the metal and that type of stuff.
i do it all the time and i am sure that after 25 yrs of it, i am alright (twitching, lol):)

They are sold in camping and RV stores. Made to be safe and not flavor the water. Good heavy quality to hook up RV and campers to water.
