theres already one out there. Its called Cardomain.com. Its huge (and crappy/full of ricers/whatever), and youll have no chance of pulling any members.

Not only that "haw much horses" isnt really all that important. the power curve, uniqueness of the car, gearing, suspention tuning, etc etc all are more interesting and more important.
