First, being so large, power is relative and specific to your standing at WDCo. There are different areas within the Company, itself...Disney Cruiseline, WDW, WDL, etc.
Robert (Bob) Iger is the President and CEO of Walt Disney Co. While he heads this Company, you obviously wouldn't want to insult him if you were an employee. And, if you were a prepcook at a resort area kitchen, you wouldn't want to insult your chef, either.
