Is your name Kristel Isoy?
If so, your name would be:
クリストール (kurisutooru) pronounced: koo-ree-s'toh-r
イソイ (isoi) pronounced: ee-soh-ee
If that is not your name, then you need to post it.

I checked your profile and your name is listed as kristel isoy.
So, in Japanese, your name would be written like so:
ã¯ãªã¹ã¿ã¼ã«ãã¤ã½ã¤
to write it phonetically it would look like this:
kurisutaaru isoi
I used the "ta" while another answerer used the "to". As far as pronunciation goes, the "ta" is closer to the original pronunciation than the "to". Sometimes Japanese attatch their phonetic letters according to spelling, so in your case, you spell your name with an "e", but the "e" in Japanese is pronounced as in "egg" so the pronunciation wouldn't really match.
Now, just in case you are actually asking for your question to be translated, here is the question in phonetic Japanese:
"Nihongo de watashi no namae wa nanto iimasuka?"
A literal translation would be:
In Japanese, how do you say my name?
Or this translation:
"Nihongo de, watashi no namae wa nandesuka?"
Literally translated:
In Japanese, what is my name?
I hope you can find the answer among these.
Next time you ask a question on Yahoo! Answers, you might want to be a little more specific in what you are asking, and provide the commuity with a little more detail. Then, we would be able to answer you questions much better and with more clarity.
Best wishes.

You don't have one.
There are no "japanese equivalents" for western (or any) names.
All you can do is learn to write your name in Katakana (the system used for foreign words) but it will still be the same name and pronounced the same way.
