To benefit you the most you need:
Biology
Chemistry
Anatomy and Physiology
Microbiology
Health
Math (as far as you can go)
English classes (you need REALLY good reading comprehension)

Take as many Science courses as you can take. Also take LATIN if it is offered at your school. This will help in Anatomy and Physiology with the pronunciation and it will also help with medical terminology.

GOOD LUCK

I reccomend you take as many science courses as you can. Focus on Biology and Chemistry. Also if the highschool offers classes like Anatomy and Psychology, try to enroll in those. Average level English and Mathmatics should be enough to work with. Finally, speak with a teacher or adminsitrator about the possibility of an internship or other similar program at a local hospital.

Hope that helps.

Good luck,

Greg

If you can get into APBiology do it, chemistry, algebra and definitely anatomy.. if you can take a CNA course it would be very hepful, probably not though the highschool I don't know if highschools offer that everywhere. But CNA is really helpful for job experience!! I was in nursing for a while and I was completely prepared, and if you have your CNA license you'll be even better. good luck! feel free to email me with any questions!

High school courses don't matter that much. But, make sure you have some chemistry and biology. It's a good background for your future.
