Friends with benefits means a guy wants to use you, basically! 9 times out of 10 the girl only does it because she really likes the guy and hopes he will in turn decide to like her as well...which normally doesn't happen. It can turn out to be a huge mess. But heres the breakdown of it
Friends...you are friends (no relationship)
With Benefits.....you get a benefit for being friends which includes but not limited to...sex, oral sex, kissing, etc.
But I'm thinking if you are asking what this means you are really young or just been locked in a closet hidden from the world for a very long time. So if you are A (very young) PLEASE do not be a friend with benefits...you are too good for something like this and have so much more to live for then to just give yourself to some worthless guy. Or if you are B (locked away for years) then you should find better things to do with your time than waste it on some loser. You know guys respect girls who dont just give sex away!

also known as Ummfriends (as in Hi i'm John this is Amanda my ummmm "friend") or F-buddies. Friends with Benefits are friends of the opposite sex who have sex but are not a romantic couple and have no intention of doing so.
Being a "friend with benefits" means that once one of the two parties involved develops romantic feelings the sex ends however in some cases so does the friendship.
It's a popular arrangement for those who want to have sex with someone they trust but without the romantic ties and is also a popular choice for people wanting to avoid STD's however since no monogamy is the rule getting in such a relationship for that reason is not logical.

It's giving the benefit of physical contact, and do things that you wouldn't do with normal friends, like kissing in the lips, sex, and love.
