is 23 supposed to be scary?

i just saw the number 23 it rocked but i was wonder ing if it was soposed to be a horror was it.

A lot of movies are SUPPOSED to be scary, but most of them just disappoint.

i think it's supposed to be a suspense-triller sorta deal. I guess the movie is playing with genres a tiny bit, but essentially its supposed to be a film that leaves you thinking, rather than wanting to pee your pants cuz you're so scared. : )
