Come on, they gotta throw their mud, that is what got them the seats in the house and senate. Most of the voting public just listen for a while and vote, people don't get to know what is going on anymore. Really, they gotta run with the " you got us in, you get us out" mantra, and sit there doing nothing but figure out other stuff that is wasting our time.
lib politics=throwing mud, no solutions, and getting paid.

Not in my lifetime. To do that, they'd have to admit that big government policies going back to FDR are morally, socially and economically bankrupt and impossible to apply practically.

How is it possible to compare two months with twelve years of Republican incompetence and malfeasance?

What do you consider "real solutions"? Or do you only extend that term to solutions that you personally agree with?
From what I see, every solution other than "do exactly what we are doing, just with more troops" is belittled as invalid.
So, if the only "real solution" is the one that obviously hasn't worked so far, your definition makes the question unanswerable.
