are leggings still in and if they are do you like them?
oh and is it ok to wear navy blue flats with blak leggings?

i grew up being told that yes, "black and blue make a bruise" so i'm not to sure about it

Uh......YEAH!!!!!! Leggings are totally in. Where have you been? I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE leggings. I think navy blue flats would look absolutely CUTE with black leggings if you had the right top.

Yes leggings are in! Flats are also love. And of course as long as the color scheme is around the same than you can wear those flats with those leggings.

I've always loved leggings, they never went out out style. The blue shoes will go with a blue top. or wear socks that match the top.

They r very in... but i don't really like the look... i mean it is cute and everything but it just looks really disgusting on some ppl and it is actually embarassing...... but i wore it once or twice, it looked good, but too many ppl @ my school wear them so it does nawt really make me stand out as a fashion icon..... caz i was teh 1st one that started wearing them....

ok, when u wear a mini-skirt, you can wear leggings
it depends on the color of your top and skirt, make it match at least a little, dont go wacky with coloring
