Yes.
Her "call to adventure" is the balcony scene. She accepts (could have run inside when she found out Romeo was there, but she didn't.)

Her "road of trials" includes Romeo's fight with Tybalt and her father's insistence on her marrying Paris. She succeeds in prioritizing her love over her family and their feud with the Montagues.

She "achieves the goal", which is to secretly marry her love. In doing so she discovers in herself a strength she didn't know she had.

She "returns to the ordinary world," where everyone pressures her to conform to her expected role as an obedient daughter. She is willing to risk her life rather than give in.

By remaining true to herself to the bitter end, she validates the importance of love over hatred; the application of her and Romeo's sacrifice is that the two families make their peace at last, which improves the world.

She shows, as many heroes do, that there are some things worth dying for, and that some things are worse than death.

Romeo and Juliet is interesting because there is no hero and there is no villian. No one is bad at heart, and Romeo and Juliet are weird at times.

It is in my opionin that Romeo is the hero, becaus ethe play does seem to be more focused on him and he seemes to be the one that messes things up more for them (kills tybalt, causing him to be exiled and Juliet to be hysterical, thus her dad makes her marry paris; he kills himself so juliet kills herself)
