Instead of trying to imulate what we have here, why don't we simply offer them visas. Trying to recreate what we have here is impossible. So instead of a war, let them seek shelter here.

Freedom can best be extended by example.

Imposing war to give freedom is very dangerous.

America is a great nation....but let people come here legally!

Here's the problem.

It's called non-assimilation.

Look at the problems France has.

The book "Londonistan" wasn't written to have a clever title. It's because of the problem caused when immigrants do not assimilate to society and try to force their culture on the country they go to.

You cannot "extend freedom" through military force.

Freedom and democracy only work when the people directly involved want it, and are willing to tolerate differences to come together and accept democratic rule. The US barely qualifies.

Offer who a visa? The terrorists? Or are you saying we should bring everyone who is NOT a terrorist over here on a visa and do what, leave their country to be run by terrorists???

This war is about giving that region an option. Not what we have, but an option to do something other than try to kill those in the west.
