I think you want it factored.
11x^2+9x-2
(11x-2)(x+1)

(I am assuming (2-2) is all one exponent?)

11x^2-2 = 11x^0 = 11 times 1 = 11 (any number to the power 0 is simply always 1. Therefore, x no matter what value it might be, is 1)

9x + 11 x 1 => 9x + 11 => 9x= -11 => x = -11 / 9 => x= -1.22222 ~~ 1.22

do you need to factor it? because then the answer would be (x+1)(11x-2). hope this helps and i hope this is what you are looking for.

What are you trying to do? Are you trying to factor this? Solve it? Differentiate? Integrate? What's the question?
