how can people think "it's a new beginning" wouldn't you think it would won't be at all. by the way i hate it i think all girls should have hair below there shoulders... what about you?

It's a physical change to represent her mentally change, and I'm sure she likes to be talked about. But why is this in philosophy? What do you care about peoples choices?

Well, Britney Spears is certainly not your average gal. I mean non of the celebs are. Because of who she is, no matter what she does gets a lot of attention, good, bad, or anywhere in between, including the ludicrous.
