The difference between weather and climate is time. Climate is the average weather patterns over time. More specifically, climate is usually determined with at least 100 years of data, typically averaged in 30 year intervals.

A correction of an above post: climate is not constant. As the earth changes through glacial-interglacial cycles, the climate zones change. For instance, because of global warming many temperate and boreal forests are moving north (in America).

Weather is the condition of a place landscape and climate is the season month of a particular country, because weather only tells during twenty four hours of a day about daily report and climate is measured by average temparture of each season (tropical, winter, summer... etc) for example, the country which live near to the equator will have a humid day with clouds, with the average of temperature between 20 degree and 30 degree celcius.

Weather is the current conditions - like rain, snow or a nice balmy day.
Climate is more the the average of weather conditions. For example the midwest states are considered to have a temperate climate, as temperature ranges are not excessively hot or cold.

Weather is temporary however, climate is constant. Weather is like a short rain, climate is like a constant temperture or often occuring weather pattern such as rain in the rain forests
For example in the carribean it is sunny most of the time but it does rain.But it doesnt rain 24/7
