It's just a question, I know I have other choices. I know that everyone had the right to life, even unborn babies. Abortion is murder yes yes... but I just need to know my options about abortion.

No you don't need parental consent in California, the parental consent law was stopped by the courts.

I do not know if that proposition was passed or not. You can contact your local planned parenthood and they might know. They will also help with alternatives.
By the way, I do not believe that abortion is murder and do not let people make you feel guilty about that and tell you it is (remember these people who believe abortion is murder also this that it's ok to bomb abortion clinics. A little hypocritical if you ask me). Everyone is in a different place in life and we need to make choices that are good for us, not anyone else. However, if you do choose this route, do it within 3 months or it gets risky for you. We all have the right to CHOICE and that's what makes our country so great.

Unfortunately no- one thing that amazes me though is this- I sent some cough drops to school with my daughter once and she came home with a note saying that she could not have them in her back pack without my permission, but she could go to the school nurse if she was pregnant and she would send her to an abortion clinic without my permission. PLEASE do not do this without talking to your mom. You already know that it kills your child, but did you know the risks to you? Infections, bleeding excessively, torn uterus, etc. You may not be able to get pregnant later when you want too, or have miscarriages. Look at adoption- I know that would mean your mom and dad would find out about your pregnancy, but you would also remember giving life to your child. I will be praying for you

Even if you don't need to, you should consult your parents. Abortion is a big decision, and you need to know wether or not you are making the right decision. I personally wouldn't go for it, but that's me. I'm not trying to preach or anything, but maybe you should reconsider on abortion. Think about it, and consult your parents. Good Luck.

i'm not sure; but if you called your local Planned Parenthood office tomorrow morning they could tell you. i am so sorry that you are even in a position to ask a question like that.

i will pray for both of you, because no matter what you may think, you are no longer alone.
