condoms and birth control used at the same time is the most suitable approach. you should use them by themselves, yet at the same time makes it almost infant data (i say almost because there are situations at the same time as the celebs and planets align and also you get pregnant besides). you also can try monitoring your cycle and having sex on your non-fertile days. i might want to do a glance for and refer on your physician about this; i'm no longer very knowledgeable in this technique. i know that you music your cycle significantly and (i imagine) there are about 2 weeks out of the month the position you're maximum fertile, so no sex then. besides the undeniable fact that once you're prepared to conceive, having intimate expertise of your cycle will are available in reachable. undergo in options inspite of approach you opt for has that is sturdy and undesirable factors and also you physician is maximum suitable at explaining them to you. sturdy luck!

I wouldn't have taken a chance, but it's too late now. If you're really worried, call the doctor and ask about the morning after pill.

A lot would depend on when you normally are fertile. If you have ovulated already - you may have trouble. If you had not - then you are probably safe.
