restarting a dedicated server?

I have a dedicated server powered by cpanel. My question is:

How often should I restart my server (once a week, month, etc.)?

And how do i restart a dedicated server using cpanel whm?

You shouldn't need to restart the server at all. If you have problems, maybe you should contact technical support at the server hosting company. Servers normally are up 99.9%, or more, of the time.
