So college is taking you longer. I went as an older student and only took 12 hours per semester. It took me five years to get done. Everyone progresses at their own time. I was 49 when I graduated. Your parents probably want you finished with a degree and hopefully getting more salary in order to support yourself. Do the best that you can possibly do as a student and that is all you can do.

no dont worry. i went to community college in fall o3 and then in spring o5 transfered to a university. i went ot the university untill spring spring 06 until i got kicked out for various reasons. now im back at a community college and still have one more semester to go untill i get my associates. And i am also 21 turning 22. Dont feel so bad atleast you will be more focused when you do go to a 4 year college.

Don't worry about it! As long as you are still making progress towards your degree you're fine. Yes, you will be older than some of the other students but it's the degree that matter not how quickly you get it finished. Just work hard and keep your GPA as high as you can. Good luck!

Nope. A litte off track, but I would not worry about. Just keep chugging along. Better late than never. I know of a few people who had taken years off and are now returning to school. Don't sweat it and don't let your parents stress you.
