Thanks,
is there such thing as a personal breakthrough and did anybody experience this. If you feel stuck with a question for years and you feel you live like in a hole or in a cage concerning this question. What can help to break through this walls and did anybody experience a breakthrough in their life?

Just wanted to say thanks for your answers.
I mean a breakthrough in terms of, you have this question for say 2 years and you always "feel" this has a certain meaning, still reality teaches you something else. Still you do not get it. And when you get it one day you might feel "free" as you broke through this walls around you. This is what I meant and looked for insights too.

Sometimes a big problem or a family lost will hit your believes and make you a better person. I quit from all religions, I feel very free.

I've experienced more than one breakthrough in my life so I thought I'd respond to this. However, I also am not sure if I understood your additional question details:

"is there such thing as a personal breakthrough and did anybody experience this[?]"
-Yes, I believe that there is such a thing.

"If you feel stuck with a question for years and you feel you live like in a hole or in a cage concerning this question. What can help to break through this walls and did anybody experience a breakthrough in their life?"

This one I am not too clear. Are you asking us in a sense like you've been chewing on a particular question or a particular set of question for years and then this breakthrough happens? Perhaps it's being able to find the answer/s to that/those question/s. I think the feeling of relief of having ended that journey is that "breakthrough" feeling you get? Please do clarify the question.

And a quote from John Lennon which your question reminds me of (it's a quote I like so I thought I'd share it with you.):
“Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans"

Okay if I speculate what you mean? BREAKING THROUGH--
personal "insight." Getting to really know yourself. Not regretting anything you did, or didn't do, because that was YOU, & even in retrospect, it's impossible to imagine what the consequences would have been had you done it differently. Discovering aspects of yourself that--at least for now--help you to live "this" phase of your life in the best (for you) possible way. Knowing there is no such thing as a "mistake," however it might be perceived! That life is a journey, & you're never "quite" in the same "skin" twice. Having a measure of control, but welcoming serendipity. THAT is the way I see it. Sorry if I'm wrong about what you meant.

I was born into a NON-vegan world and I broke thru and I went vegan. But I do not think I by any means did it ALONE and so I do not know if it was personal or collective, I mean I guess it was personal to me... hopefully everyone will see to the HIGHER STANCE : veganism...

...and thinking "beyond veganism" ~ what I mean by this for example is a "soap" issue perhaps. For example there may be a SYNTHETIC SOAP that is "vegan" but it may not be safe for ME or the environment and so I would want to switchfoot and come up with a BETTER SYNTHETIC concoction or revert to more of a simple plant based pleasure, now with plants teh same there could be dangers SOME PLANTS in high concentrations could be dangerous as well, right? Now we as society hope to live in a world where we have stuff "defined and refined" in certan respects so that we do not have to worry too much, but today with the POOR LABEL guidelines and EASE and poor regulational tabs on "emmisions"(from perfumes to a factories water pipe out).

Hope in better break thru's

You are going to need to clarify your question, I'm afraid. There is no way for us to know exactly what you're referring to.
