I would encourage you to be examined by a gynecologist to make sure no serious damage has been done to you internally.

you should consult a doctor. its likely that the lining of your vagina is thin and the small blood vessels near the surface burst. this can be addressed with hormone cream that will thicken the walls of the vagina. There could be some other issues, too, so consulting a doctor is best.

If you are certain it wasn't caused by rough sex please go get it checked by a doc. Certain cysts, tumours or cancers can produce that kind of result.
