i am looking for a halter or something really elegant for a june prom and i need it to be be in the $20-$80 price range and it needs to be red. i also need to find a really nice red tux too for my boyfriend.

This is a very good question. For that kind of money the salvation army or GoodWill have a fancy Dress section. Most Dresses are under $50 bucks and are cleaned and pressed. Also you might want to try thrift stores or garage sales.

I always use to go to the store DEB in the mall. They have a website too. It's only girls though, they don't have guys formal wear. If your boyfriend is on a budget also and looking for a red tux, I think your only luck is to rent.

Look at stores like Burlington Coat Factory, Value City, Ross, or TJ Maxx. Sometime you can find a great dress there for a good price.

Ebay sometimes has stuff. Sometimes people donate unused very nice dresses to the thrift stores too. Upscale consignment shops. Ross (be prepared to spend some time digging at Ross)...

If you have a Dillards where you live they have awesome prom dresses. The tux, go to a tux shop close to where you live.

start checking all the thrift stores now!!!! They get lots of new and great stuff donated to them. As far as your boy friends tux ,guess the movie and stage ward robes would be it.
