Depends on who wants what.
If one partner doesn't want it, then you're off the hook.
Of they do, then the considerate thing to do it satisfy your partner, and you should feel good about doing that for them.
So no, its not a must. But why wouldn't you? Its pretty awesome.

No, I don't make or ask anyone to do anything there not comfortable doing on their own.
For me no it's not a must, i can do with or with out it.
But don't ask me to if your not.
And before I do good hygiene's is a must.

I think if your partner wants it then you will have a lot of problems in your relationship if your against it. I personally would have a problem with it. I want an open relationship, that includes being open sexually as well as emotionally.
