When I was going through my divorce, I quit eating for 8 days in a row. I can't give up cigarettes for 8 hours.

Unfortunately, I would have an easier time forgoing the meals than the tobacco.
Some days I am just not hungry and I eat very little, but I go to pieces if I cannot have a cigarette when I want one. I suspect that's why I am having such a hard time each time I try to quit.

Cigarettes are history for me and have been for 16 years. They are the most harmful thing a person can do to themselves.

3 meals is easy! So my belly grumbles a little, no biggie.
But no smokes for a day? You DON'T want to see me that cranky!!!
