No, probably not.

The UN doesn't do too much interfering on matters of alarm clocks. Their brains don't seem to be active well enough to interfere with anything.

That's why the veto still exists.

No need to make an effort much less get out of bed considering everything just and right is going to be ruled out anyway.

I think you could squeak it ASAP through the FDA as long as they complied with FCC rules and gave a semi accurate ETA. Also, they should be halibut favoured, NOT corn syrup as your chief techie first thought.
