I guess you could call them that. Many girls were forced to serve the Germans as sex slaves. That is why those women in France, Holland, and Greece did their country a favor (for which they were later punished) by taking German lovers. If the Germans could not find enough willing women, they simply "conscripted" what they "required" from the local population.

There are a lot of posts here accusing the Germans of raping Jewish women systematically. It is probably true than many Germans raped many Jewish women. But, I am extremely skeptical of these claims of systematic rape of Jewish women. It was against Nazi law to sleep with a Jew, even to rape a Jew, not because the rape was wrong, but because you weren’t supposed to have sex with a Jew. And that stuff about x-rays is ludicrous.
But, the Germans did take non-Jewish and non-German women as essentially sex slave, although once again, I’ve never heard of their being systemic, more like common practice. That is different, although the effect is no less devastating to the victims I’m sure.

The SS did have so called "Love Blocks" in the larger concentration camps, in particular the biggest, KZ Lager Auchwitz, where Jewish women who'd had their ovaries burned out with x rays (and yes, that was as painful as it sounds) were forced to have sex with German SS men.
The SS also gave every German SS man 1 weeks leave every five weeks to go out and get German women pregnant (to breed enough soldiers to fight Germany's future wars). They gave the SS men chocolates and silk stockings, to bribe women to have unprotected sex with them.
The German Army also forced Russian and Ukranian women to serve as prostitutes for Army personnel.

Employ means you are paid and these women were sex slaves held against their will and Germans also kept them.

Yes, but they usually killed them afterwards to avoid any mixing of aryan and slavic blood.
