They are slanted at 45 degrees. If I try taking them off it will tear my skin and sting.

Ummm... disown him? That was not a very kindly thing to do! You could shave them and then draw them back on like the Dresden Dolls girl. Or you could just go with the permanently surprised...

So shave the back of his head to make it look like he's facing the other way. Or, shave one of his legs, but not the other. Or, he would look great with a Groucho Marx mustache. I'll bet he would be very embarrassed if the back of his pants rotted away.

are you serious?!? I'm assuming it's super glue by the way you describe it.
ok - do this, but VERY carefully.... get a bottle of fingernail polish remover that contains acetate. put some on a cotton ball or Q-tip then gently rub it on the glue area. It should counter act with the glue. DO NOT get it in your eyes.... yeouch!!!
But take a picture first!!! LOL sorry, couldn't resist.

Wash it with a lot of soap and warm running water. Eventually, the skin it is sticking to right now will regenerate. In the meanwhile, cover your brows with a beanie cap, a mugger's mask or whatever.

At least he left you with eyebrows. If you take them off, you could always get a stencil and paint them on like a little old lady.

Nail polish remover with acetone will remove them. Shave off all his body hair and super glue it to his back.

Just act like nothing's up and people won't notice it as much. Plus, I think eyebrows grow back. PS: You should get revenge on your brother, put a dead rat in one of his drawers. (It worked for me) Or something like that.

You're lucky my friend was born with eyebrows that make him look permanently angry. He gets knocked out time after time in bars.

OMG
um....that sucks?
buy a wig.
cut eyebrows
paste them on over your preexisting eyebrows
try to look sad.
id try to use nail polish remover and rub at them and try to file them down....the superglue part
when i get superglue on my hands, i soak my hands in nail polish remover, and then i use a nail file to rub it off.
