The song is "A National Acrobat" by Black Sabbath. I have a feeling it has something to do with abortion, but Black Sabbath has stated that they are pro choice, and the lyrics seem to suggest the oposite. Does it mean something completely different?

Abortion is not what i think the theme of A National Acrobat is. The song is about the prime mover of the universe. Is it GOD, SATAN, RA, ZEUS, etc is not known. This song also contemplates the creation of this prime mover.
