As a film extra (No lines) in a scene where kids chuck snowballs, I was hit behind the ear with a fake one that must have had a brick in it because it bounced off my nut and raised a bump. I turned and shoured "Who did that?". I now find they've kept my words in the picture so I've sent them an invoice for £50 plus VAT but so far no reply. Is my next move 'An accident that wasn't my fault' job?

You need an agreement to be payed, there has 2 be a meeting of minds. If there was no agreement & nothing in writing 2 b payed then i doubt they'l pay u.Putting u speaking in wont make any difrence.U could try 4 compensation, classing it as an accident at work. The film people will have insurance, businesses hav public liability insurance & it is a place of work.U will hav 2 prove u were injured. Were u?If so did u hav a lump, bruising. If you had no injury then there will b nothing 2 compensate 4 so 1st u hav 2 establish & prove ur injury.Get a free 1/2hr with a solicitor but dont get ur hopes up coz ur probably not entitled 2 any money. There was no agreement 2 pay u as an extra & u probably cant prove ur injury. The film doesnt prove wot ur injury if any was.

well you should get a mention in the credits as co-writer at least. I would forget about the invoice though. Take them to court and make a personal injury claim you could get thousands. luckily for you it's all on tape so the evidence is outstanding
