Do we write all words in capital letters if the instruction says "Please complete this form in block capitals" ?

- just confirming that what I'm doing is right, coz I'm a bit nervous making a mistake with this non-replaceable form.

Block capitals means no cursive writing. Make sure the letters are separate and capitals

YES YOU WRITE IN BLOCK CAPITALS as opposed to: Capitalizing the first word in the sentence; or for proper names, such as John, or using abbreviations such as the FBI. THE MILITARY USED TO HAVE TYPEWRITERS THAT ONLY HAD CAPS.

That is weird. Block capitals is like bubble lettersto the best of my knowledge. Do a search on dogpile.com and maybe they can tell you..
