I'm refering to the situation in Roppongi, Tokyo. In America, White men get angry when they see White women dating non-white men.

You are absolutely RIGHT! Japanese men don't want to see Japanese women flirting with foreigners (not necessarily white men) even though they do not show their feeling.

Most foreigners are not sensitive enough to recognize the hidden feeling of the Japanese, so they take it for granted that "oh, Japanese men don't care." But that is not true. Japanese men are not happy (if not angry); that's why they completely ignore Japanese women flirting with foreigners.

In Roppongi, most of them aren't dating... Roppongi is a red light district, so most of the white men with Japanese women are paying to spend the night with those women. Japanese men do not get jealous of this. If a Japanese man wants one of these women, he may pay to do the same thing.

Even those that are truly dating are not a threat to Japanese men. There honestly are not that many white men in Japan dating Japanese women. There is currently a population crisis in Japan, and it is because many Japanese women want to work and not get married, because traditionally, once a couple has children the woman gives up her job to stay at home, and they don't want to do this anymore. It is not because of white men.

They even get angry when they see other Japanese guys dating them. They just hate to see people flirting. It's nothing religious and doesn't really have to do with customs.
Unlike most gangs in this country who goes for people with money, the Japanese gang goes for couples(they hate seeing those). But the average Japanese citizens wouldn't say anything, although they would think that flirting is immature.
