EVERYONE at my college does that!
To me, it seems like girls do that when they want to wear skirts and look cute in the freezing cold of winter.
I think it's cute, but seriously, how warm can you be? Haha.

Me ;p. But now that it`s spring & it`s getting hot, I prefer shorts `cause it can get pretty hot w/ leggings [x.
