None besides cooked not spiced meat. Ferrets cannot digest fruit so please do not feed it to them. They may like it but it is really bad for them. The best ferret treat you can give (and one of their favorite) is ferretone cut with olive oil. It has vitamins they need. The reason you should cut it with olive oil is so that they do not get too much vitamins. They will do anything for this stuff. Thats why it's offten called ferret crack :P

Ferrets are obligate carnivores and need meat and high protein kibble. Anything you give them should be in little, tiny pieces to prevent blockage that can require expensive surgery. Hard veggies and fruit can cause this. Once in a while, a piece of a raisin, a bit of cucumber (because it's mostly water) and other soft foods would be fine. Most ferret owners make a thick soup by pureeing boiled or roasted chicken and/or turkey, olive oil, broth and gerber stage 2 meats all together and freezing it in ice cube trays. Each ferret gets one cube a day or more if they are ill or elderly. This is a treat they love. Also, a plain piece of their kibble from your hand is considered a treat.

They can eat any meat that is cooked without using seasoning. For instance...you could poach and dice up a piece of chicken and they could have that. Ferrets like raisins, crackers, cereal, pretzels, and all that fun stuff BUT they should really not have it. Sometimes I slip my guys a chunk of pretzel or a raisin here and there but that is it.

Ferrets metabolisms are made strictly for meat. Eating a lot of carbs or sugary things can cause insilinoma which is a common ferret disease. If you are feeding your ferret a quality food, high calorie vitamin (like FerriVite), and giving them the occasional ferret treat, there really is no need for human foods at all.

Take care of them fuzzers!

fruits and veggies. raisins are like candy so you need to watch those. bananas are the big fave in my group. i got a couple that eat cheese BUT DAIRY PRODUCTS ARE NOT GOOD FOR THEM! CHOCOLATE is NOT GOOD FOR them. then of course we have a few ferrets that love french fries which is not good for them. but when you have a 2 year old and a house full of ferrets they get alot of things that is not good for them. i let my ferrets eat corn pops cereal as a treat, and they have their own box and can get it out of the pantry whenever they want it. Oh yeah one more BAD THING is i have a ferret that drinks pepsi and coffee out of my cup when i am not looking. i have had drinkage spilled on my keyboard at least 3 times in the last 2 years cause i forgot to take it with me when i went to the potty or whatever. sneaky little brats.
