Yes. President Bush and Congress voted (kinda) to move DST ahead a few weeks and extend it a week in October. Supposedly to save money

No, no longer if you're asking about time adjustments contained in the U. S.. law became exceeded that moved the change from the perfect Sunday in October to first Sunday in November. This year we are going to flow the clocks again an hour at 2:00 am on Sunday, November 4.

yep, this morning, we went from 1:59 am to 3am, so clocks should have been switched about 20 hours ago

Yes. Some person in some agency moved the time change up beginning this year. It's almost at day's end now...you better get to it.

Depends on where you live in the U.S. Hawaii and Arizona don't observe Daylight Savings Time.
