In 2000 they nominated a tree. After that, anything is possible.

Well, neither of the two front-runners fit the white-male category.
If the Democrats really wanted to shake up the field, Clinton (Hillary) and Obama would get together, decide between them which was going to run on the top of the ticket, and not even hold a Primary. Present a unified front starting now.
That would seriously change the political dynamic, and give them a significant momentum going into the general election.
I don't see the Democrats as being that politically savvy, but it would certainly shake up the status quo.

Obama was just put forward to make Clinton look good. The establishment always wants safe hands and the difference between the two parties are mostly planted in the mind of the poor and unschooled to make it look like a "Choice". There is no choice. It is rigged. You can have a can of coke or a can of diet coke. Choice is yours. If Clinton wins she will be called to a meeting and told what the policies are and that will be that.

There is no doubt in my mind that Hillary will be the Democrat candidate next election. There is no one on the left that can prevent her from realizing her ambition. She'll destroy Obama with negative advertising and scandals if necessary. The only other route I can see her taking is trying to get Obama on board as her VP.

The Democrat party wants Clinton (their savior) back in the white house. Even if he is a tag along to a Liberal loser like Hilldabeast.Liberalism is dying a slow death. It DOESN'T work.

Of course they will.
Now I personally find the Democratic Party a bit conservative for my taste. But THEY like to view themselves as the party of change and progress, and they sure aren't going to let the Republicans beat them to the punch! Plus, they have two very viable candidates that meet the requirements you describe.
My guess is that it's going to be Hilary.

You know stop talking about race. People have lost jobs in the united states and so much curruption and oil company stealing, scandals after scandals and lies after lies 100s of 1000s of Iraqis dead and 1000s of American solidiers dead. Is this the time to talk about race in a race to presidancy.
Get this damn group out in 2008 (they go anyways) put someone new anyone with little honest and a little brain.
